More young people from the Loreto district will be able to access the PetroTal Scholarship Program, which will allow them to pay for their higher education expenses.

PetroTal, a company led and operated by Peruvians, expanded its Scholarship Program 2023 to benefit another 60 students from the district of Puinahua (Loreto), who will receive financial support throughout their higher education career.

The company launched its call for participation to all those young people who have completed high school in Puinahua and who can prove that they have entered or are studying a technical or professional career, in addition to having a good academic performance and good conduct, among others.

The 60 partial scholarships to be provided by PetroTal will cover part of the student's expenses, such as airfare, supplies, electronic equipment, Internet packages, food, lodging, etc.

Currently, the Higher Education Scholarship Program promoted by PetroTal benefits 40 students, and with the expansion of the scholarships it will reach 100 beneficiaries. This is an initiative of the operator of Block 95 to provide better opportunities to more young people in the district where the Bretaña Norte field is located.

The application for PetroTal scholarships will be made virtually until September 13.
