Through its Environmental Quality Monitoring Program, PetroTal, a Peruvian-led and operated company, continuously monitors the values of environmental quality parameters in its area of influence, located in the Puinahua district, Loreto region.

Through monthly monitoring, the company evaluates and verifies compliance with its environmental commitments undertaken in the environmental impact assessment (EIA). This work is carried out by an independent laboratory, accredited and certified by the Instituto Nacional de Calidad (Inacal), which monitors various environmental components such as air, water, soil, and emissions, among others.

Subsequently, the company presents and delivers the results to the monitors.
