The operator of Block 95 announced the execution of Hidrovitality, a unique project in the region that will allow hydrotherapies in special pools.
Children and adolescents with disabilities throughout the Loreto region will be able to access special pools to receive hydrotherapies, thanks to a project to be implemented with the support of PetroTal, a company led and operated by Peruvians, at the San Juan de Dios clinic in Iquitos.
This was announced at the Telethon by PetroTal's Social Management Manager, Pablo Maldonado, who stated that the Hidrovitality project represents an investment of more than S/. 280,000 for the company, but its value will be “much greater” when the results of the hydro-rehabilitation are seen in the clinic's patients.
Hidrovitality is an unprecedented project in Loreto that will allow the implementation of hydrotherapy pools with characteristics and dimensions never seen before in the region. This infrastructure will also make it possible to attend a greater number of patients with neurological problems and of scarce resources who cannot access quality therapies.
After announcing the project, Pablo Maldonado said that “at PetroTal we have our Peruvian shirt on and we have Loreto in our hearts. That is why we have no hesitation in supporting Clínica San Juan de Dios”.
