• Thanks to the agreement between PetroTal and ACLAS Brittany.

Two native communities in the Puinahua district, Manco Capac and Huacrachiro, now have improved health centers that offer medical care in more comfortable, safer and better equipped spaces for their population and neighboring localities.

These improvements in the Health Service Provider Institutions (IPRESS) were made possible thanks to the cooperation agreement between PetroTal, operator of the Bretaña Field of Lot 95, and ACLAS Bretaña, with the objective of strengthening the district's health infrastructure.

At the Manco Cápac IPRESS, the structure was reinforced, a new electrical system and photovoltaic panels (solar energy) were installed for its new module, and the façade was painted, among other improvements. Meanwhile, at the Huacrachiro health center, a septic tank was built, the ground was raised to provide greater protection against flooding, the drinking water system was improved and new roofed areas and railings were installed.

«It is an important achievement that the infrastructure is improving thanks to the agreement and the articulated work with the company. We want this effort to continue with improvements for the health of the population of Puinahua,» said Genri Hidalgo, president of ACLAS Bretaña.
