▫︎ PetroTal, with the support of the Municipality of Puinahua, organized several activities for Environment Day in the district where the Bretaña Norte field operates.

The population of Puinahua, especially those of school age, enjoyed a variety of activities, including educational and recreational activities on the care of the environment in the Loreto district where the Bretaña Norte del Lote 95 field is located.

The kindergarten, primary and secondary schoolchildren of Brittany, the district capital, listened to interesting lectures The company also provided information on the correct segregation of waste, a process that allows its separation into organic, recyclable and hazardous waste to facilitate its recycling and treatment. They also participated in declamation and storytelling contests with environmental themes, which were also promoted by the company.

In Brittany's square, a colorful and environmental fair in which contractors from the environmental area participated of PetroTal, operator of the Lot 95, to show the population the technology, methods and techniques applied to minimize the impact of oil activity on the environment, compensate for it and preserve biodiversity.

At the fair, awards were presented to the winners of school contests and an environmental bingo was held with the participation of local children and parents.

All these activities were organized by PetroTal with the support of the Puinahua District Municipality. for Environment Day. The company also delivered equipment to the municipality to strengthen its environmental management.
